The Dashboard Expansion Pack extends your existing Power BI build without rebuilding it from scratch. One flat price, no lengthy scoping process, and a natural continuation of the work already done.

What’s Included

Data Source Addition: Bring in a second data source and have it properly cleaned, structured, and connected to your existing data model. Whether it’s a new export from your POS, a CRM file, an additional Excel dataset, or another platform, we handle the preparation and integration so it works cleanly alongside your existing data.

New Dashboard Page: Add a dedicated page built around a specific area of your business that your current dashboard doesn’t cover. New pages follow the same design standards, filters, and formatting as your existing build, so everything feels consistent and connected.

KPI Expansion: Extend your existing KPI set with new metrics relevant to how your business has developed. New measures are documented and integrated into your dashboard the same way your original KPIs were, with clear definitions and consistent logic throughout.

How It Works

Since you’re already a Signal Board Analytics client, there’s no lengthy onboarding process. We review your existing build, align on what’s being added, and get to work. The expansion is delivered as an updated version of your existing .pbix file so your team doesn’t need to learn anything new.

Turnaround is typically 3 to 5 business days depending on the complexity of the addition and how quickly we receive any new data files.

Do I already need to have a Power BI dashboard? Yes — this product is designed to extend or improve an existing Power BI build, whether that was built by us or someone else. If you don’t have a dashboard yet, the Basic Analytics Package is the right starting point.

Can I order more than one expansion? Yes. Each expansion covers one addition, whether that’s a data source, a dashboard page, or a KPI set. If you need two new pages and a data source, for example, we’d discuss the scope before you purchase to make sure one pack covers it or whether multiple are needed.

What do I need to provide? Your existing .pbix file and any new data files relevant to the expansion. That’s it.

How long does it take? Typically, 3 to 5 business days from the time we receive everything we need.

What if my existing dashboard is messy or poorly structured? We’ll flag anything significant during our initial review. If the existing build needs foundational work before it can be expanded cleanly, we’ll let you know upfront so there are no surprises.

What if I’m not happy with the result? Same commitment as every Signal Board Analytics engagement. We work with you until it’s right.
